Úvodné informácie

Rozhranie Pexels API umožňuje programový prístup k celej knižnici obsahu lokality Pexels vrátane fotiek a videí. Celý obsah je k dispozícii bezplatne a obsah knižnice Pexels môžete použiť na čokoľvek, pokiaľ spĺňa naše Pokyny.

Rozhranie Pexels API je rozhraním RESTful JSON API a môžete s ním komunikovať z ľubovoľného jazyka alebo rozhrania pomocou knižnice HTTP. Pexels okrem toho udržiava niektoré oficiálne knižnice (Klientske knižnice), ktoré môžete použiť.

Pokyny

Pri každej požiadavke na rozhranie API nezabudnite uviesť viditeľné prepojenie na Pexels. Môžete použiť textové prepojenie (napríklad „Fotky poskytuje Pexels“) alebo prepojenie s naším logom.

Ak je to možné, vždy uvádzajte meno fotografa (napríklad „Fotka od Jána Kováča zo služby Pexels“ s prepojením na stránku fotky na Pexels).

Nesmiete kopírovať ani replikovať základné funkcie služby Pexels (vrátane sprístupnenia obsahu služby Pexels ako aplikácie tapety).

Rozhranie API nezneužívajte. Počet volaní rozhrania API je predvolene obmedzený na 200 požiadaviek za hodinu a 20 000 požiadaviek mesačne. Môžete nás kontaktovať a požiadať o vyšší limit, ale uveďte príklady alebo počítajte s tým, že budete musieť predviesť ukážku, ktorá jasne predvedie vaše používanie rozhrania API s uvedením autora. Po splnení našich podmienok pre rozhranie API môžete zadarmo získať neobmedzený počet požiadaviek.

Zneužitie rozhrania Pexels API vrátane, ale nie výlučne, pokusu o obídenie predvoleného limitu, bude mať za následok zrušenie vášho prístupu k rozhraniu API.

Autorizácia

Rozhranie Pexels API vyžaduje autorizáciu. Ktokoľvek s kontom Pexels môže požiadať o kľúč rozhrania API, ktorý dostanete okamžite.

Všetky vaše požiadavky na rozhranie API musia obsahovať tento kľúč. Zadáva sa pridaním hlavičky Authorization.

Štatistiky požiadaviek

Ak chcete zistiť, koľko požiadaviek vám zostalo v mesačnej kvóte, úspešné požiadavky z rozhrania Pexels API obsahujú tri hlavičky HTTP:

X-Ratelimit-Limit Váš celkový limit požiadaviek za mesačné obdobie
X-Ratelimit-Remaining Počet zostávajúcich požiadaviek
X-Ratelimit-Reset Časová pečiatka systému UNIX, kedy sa aktuálne mesačné obdobie prevedie

Poznámka: Tieto hlavičky odpovedí sa vracajú iba pri úspešných (2xx) odpovediach. Nie sú zahrnuté v iných odpovediach vrátane 429 Príliš veľa požiadaviek, čo naznačuje, že ste prekročili svoj limit volaní. Nezabudnite sledovať hodnoty X-Ratelimit-Remaining a X-Ratelimit-Reset, aby ste mohli spravovať svoj limit požiadaviek.

Stránkovanie

Väčšina požiadaviek rozhrania Pexels API vracia viac záznamov naraz. Všetky tieto koncové body sú stránkované a môžu vrátiť naraz maximálne 80 požiadaviek. Každá stránkovaná požiadavka prijíma rovnaké parametre a v odpovedi vracia rovnaké údaje o stránkovaní.

Poznámka: Atribúty odpovede prev_page a next_page sa vrátia, iba ak existuje zodpovedajúca stránka.
